This is a fantastic Stephen Burrows dress. The dress is comprised of a vibrant chartreuse green and deep cherry striped jersey. The dress has short sleeves, v-neck, empire waist, and a full flowing skirt with signature red zig zag stitching throughout borders and hem. Circa-Late 1970's
